Common questions

How much time will this require?

Most connections involve a 45-minute initial virtual conversation, with follow-ups based on mutual interest.

How are matches made?

Mentees are provided with a curated list of mentors that match their goals and interests
Mentees rank their preferences, and mentors are sent a connection request based on those rankings
Mentors view the mentee profile and accept or decline the connection
If accepted, the mentee is notified and it is up to the mentee to contact their mentor and introduce themselves and set up a meeting that suits both parties
Additionally, mentees can also browse all available mentors and make direct connection requests via the Matching tab at anytime

Is my information secure?

We collect demographic information to maintain balance in our community and ensure mentors can connect with diverse perspective. Your data is hosted in Australia and never sold or shared with third parties.
