Background
Macquarie Securities joined Future IM/Pact in 2019 as a result of the commitment of Executive Director and then Head of Research, Kristen Edmond. Having just returned from a year’s sabbatical travelling around Australia with her family and returning to a senior role, Kristen was motivated to inspire more young women to access the types of career pathways that had been available to her.
