Our approach
Future IM/Pact is building a talent pool of bright, curious women at university and in the early stage of their career who have a passion for markets and are keen to launch their professional investing career.
We reach this audience primarily through university societies, word of mouth, LinkedIn outreach and our recruitment partner – Platinum Pacific Partners.
Our university student program comprises digital content, mentoring circles with partners and our annual investment competition. Most students are introduced to investment management for the first time through Future IM/Pact so these experiences equip students with the skills and insights to thrive in intern and graduate roles offered by our partners.
Our early career program is designed for women with roughly 2 – 5 years of experience in technical fields like banking, consulting, data analytics or science who are looking for a career with purpose and are curious to learn more about investment management.
