Adaptive Leaders
An immersive program developing your leadership potential from the inside out
The experience
True development involves transforming your internal operating system, not just increasing your fund of knowledge or your behavioural repertoire.

What’s your one big thing?
Is there one thing you know you could change that would make the biggest difference to your personal and leadership effectiveness, and investment decision-making? Do you know what it takes to change? The answer to these questions reveals your adaptive challenge and opens the door to life-changing insights.
Adaptive challenges are different to technical challenges because they require us to fundamentally change at the level of identity; you can’t just learn new skills or gain more knowledge to solve an adaptive challenge. To change on this level we need to see and let go of the filters that currently shape our worldview.
Some of the changes we’ve helped leaders and investors embrace are:
- Giving and receiving constructive feedback that leads to growth
- Constructively challenging the views of peers while being open and curious about different perspectives
- Bringing people along the journey instead of leaping ahead to the end result
- Delegating more effectively instead of controlling how people do the work
- Letting go of chaos and busyness as a way to cover fears of not being good enough

Yolanda created an open and relaxed environment from the outset. She made it safe for everyone to be vulnerable and work on the big stuff that was holding us back at work and in life.
