LevelUP is a 4-month career and leadership development program supporting mid-career female investors to chart the path to senior portfolio management and leadership with greater clarity and confidence. As a role model and mentor, your stories and insights are vital to bringing to life the hard-to-grasp yet essential non-technical skills that define great investors. Participating in the program means you will:

  • Attend 1 – 2 post-workshop dinners
  • Share your unvarnished personal stories and experience
  • Be open to establishing an informal mentor relationship with at least 1 participant (connections can be made via Future IM/Pact to manage requests and avoid overload)
