Keystone Analyst Program
Developing conviction and humility in investment analysts through self-awareness, emotional intelligence and adaptability.
Establish the foundations for an extraordinary career
Building a successful investments career involves more than honing technical skills. To be great, it’s the non-technical skills like conviction, humility, and self-belief that must be mastered.
Keystone accelerates the growth of investment analysts by developing these critical non-technical traits. Over 8 weeks, you’ll learn from leading investors and your peers, hear pinpointed feedback, and access powerful self-awareness and change tools to maximise your potential and master your inner game.
Here’s how:
- Define your investment identity: Articulate your unique style, align with your strengths, and build lasting confidence. Holding this identity lightly is key.
- Identify your growth edge: Recognise and overcome the beliefs and habits that hold you back so you can manage these derailers and amplify your strengths.
- Commit to change: Rewire your mindset and deepen your emotional intelligence to embed new behaviours that propel professional growth.
Sound like you?
Keystone is designed for high-potential investment analysts (2-6+ investing experience) who want to:
- Learn from leading investors – Hear how they’ve developed their conviction and humility. Check out this great article by panelist Amy Xie Patrick.
- Improve self-awareness and self-belief – Pinpoint strengths and growth areas, and develop the habits that build self-belief.
- Be more impactful and effective – Hear the feedback and get the tools to unlock your full potential.
- Build adaptability – Map your path to greater conviction, humility and self-belief.
- Join a supportive network – Do this powerful development work alongside industry peers.
Are you in?
Star investors are made, not born. I didn’t start with a passion for investing – I built it by finding purpose and embracing who I am. Those are the drivers behind my performance success, not technical skill.

Meet your facilitator: Yolanda Beattie
I’ve worked in and around the funds management industry for over 20 years, helping investment professionals build the skills and mindsets needed for long-term success.
That’s why I know developing conviction and humility isn’t just about technical expertise—it’s about understanding yourself. You need the space to reflect on your strengths, growth areas, and career aspirations, combined with structured feedback and practical strategies to take your performance to the next level.
Throughout Keystone, I’ll share tools that deepen self-awareness, strengthen emotional intelligence, and build the self-belief needed to navigate uncertainty and make better investment decisions. You’ll be part of a learning experience that challenges your thinking, connects you with industry leaders, and surrounds you with like-minded peers who make the journey more rewarding.
