Keystone
Analyst Program

Developing conviction and humility in investment analysts by building their self-awareness and self-belief so they can work on their strengths and derailers, and add more value to investment teams.

Want to be a great investor? That’s an inside job

Your training and experience have helped you master the fundamentals: financial modelling, valuations and market analysis, to name a few.

These technical skills are essential for a career in investing. But they’re not enough to take you to the next level.

True career progression in investing comes from a different set of capabilities. While there are nuances between asset owners and managers, and public and private markets, it boils down to:

  • deal origination or generating investment ideas
  • Negotiating deals or executing your ideas
  • fundraising.

These are your outer game, the visible performance that gets you promoted and paid, and builds your personal brand as an investor.

Yet here’s the catch…

You can’t play the outer game well without also working on your inner game. That means developing:

  • Conviction – Clarity around your own values and investment thesis
  • Humility – The mindset to listen and lead under uncertainty
  • Self-belief – Confidence and trust in your abilities and potential

And that’s the same across all asset classes, investment styles and fund types.

Keystone will help you connect the dots between what you know and how you show up.

Between the investor you are and the investor you’re becoming.

Because in this business, relationships matter and can’t be outsourced to AI.

Sound like you?

Keystone is designed for investment analysts (2-8+ investing experience) who want to:

  • Learn from leading investors – Hear how they’ve developed conviction and humility. Read insights we’ve captured from panelists Amy Xie Patrick, Arms Rosenberg, Peter Steyn and Ana Bessonova.
  • Improve self-awareness and self-belief – Pinpoint strengths and growth areas, and develop the habits that build self-belief.
  • Be more impactful and effective – Hear the feedback and get the tools to unlock your full potential.
  • Build adaptability – Map your path to greater conviction, humility and self-belief.
  •  Join a supportive network – Do this powerful development work alongside industry peers.

Are you in?

Star investors are made, not born. I didn’t start with a passion for investing – I built it by finding purpose and embracing who I am. Those are the drivers behind my performance success, not technical skill.

Yolanda Beattie | Director | Future IM/Pact

Meet your facilitator: Yolanda Beattie

I’ve worked in and around the funds management industry for over 20 years, helping investment professionals build the skills and mindsets needed for long-term success.

That’s why I know developing conviction and humility isn’t just about technical expertise—it’s about understanding yourself. You need the space to reflect on your strengths, growth areas, and career aspirations, combined with structured feedback and practical strategies to take your performance to the next level.

Throughout Keystone, I’ll share tools that deepen self-awareness, strengthen emotional intelligence, and build the self-belief needed to navigate uncertainty and make better investment decisions. You’ll be part of a learning experience that challenges your thinking, connects you with industry leaders, and surrounds you with like-minded peers who make the journey more rewarding.
