YourEDGE

Connecting women with at least two years’ work experience with professional investors who want to mentor you and help you break into the investment management industry

Want support to launch your investment management career?

Are you a smart, ambitious woman looking to break into investment management? YourEDGE is a community of women just like you who are keen to learn more about investment management, build their networks, develop essential technical and interpersonal skills and land their first front-office investing role.

Mentoring opportunities

Last year, our YourEDGE mentoring and advocacy program was a huge success. We received over 100 expressions of interest from women who wanted help and guidance to pursue a front-office investing role. We had 52 comprehensive applications, but due to demand we were only able to accommodate 20 participants.

So we’re thinking bigger for 2025. We want to support every women out there with an investing career dream.

To scale our impact, we’re developing a market-leading online mentoring platform to connect young professional women with the industry like never before. This new app will let you choose your own mentor based on your interests and career goals – making mentoring more accessible, flexible, and impactful.

We’ll be testing the platform soon and would love your help to make sure it delivers real value. If you’re keen to get involved, reach out to us! To stay up to date with this initiative, job opportunities and all our fantastic content, be sure to sign up for our community and monthly eNewsletter.

It was so great to meet a diverse range of professionals in the investment management world. The mentors are so generous with their advice and genuinely want to see us succeed.
