Big things are coming in 2025 for our mentoring program
Over the past few years, our Mentoring Circles have helped hundreds of bright, ambitious female university students connect with leading investors. The results? Career-changing insights, powerful industry connections, and several students landing internships and roles through the program.
Research shows that mentoring has a real impact on students’ careers – this report found students who participated in a mentoring program with professionals in their field of study were 40% more likely to secure employment upon graduation.
But there were only so many Mentoring Circles we could host each year, which limited the number of students we could impact. That’s why we’re thinking bigger for 2025.
We’re currently developing a market-leading online mentoring platform to connect students with the industry like never before. This new app will let students choose their own mentor based on their interests and career goals – making mentoring more accessible, flexible, and impactful.
