Gender Data Report: Men in investments roundtable

The Future IM/Pact Gender Data Report, a research initiative currently underway in conjunction with Mercer, is collecting quantitative data from over 20 investment firms on the gender composition and talent mobility of their investment teams. To complement this data, we’re speaking to women and men across the industry to understand what they love about their careers, the barriers and challenges they face, and the support they need to build a fulfilling career and flourishing life.

We believe gender equality is not solely about the lived experiences of women but also about understanding the perspectives of men within the industry. Your contributions will remain anonymous but will play a crucial role in adding depth and richness to our report, which will be released in June 2024
