Adaptive Leaders support participants to play the inner game, discover and progress their greatest growth goal, and build a career strategy that supports their ambition and their employer’s imperatives.

Designed for high potential mid-level investors (senior analyst to deputy PM) with an appetite for growth and willingness to explore the inner game of leadership.

Participants discover:
